Since 1998, Vietubes has awarded certificate ISO 9002:1996 and updated new version ISO 9001:2000 in 2002. And also in 2002, this company gained the certificate ISO 14001:1996 and updated new version ISO 14001:2004 in early 2006.

Vietubes is the first corporation that gains lathing standard: API. Hydiril (America), VAM (France), NSPJ, JFE Fox, JFE Bear (Japan), NKK, Tenaris that are belong to large oil and gas regions in South America such as Agentina, Mexico, Peru...

Introduction

Vietubes Corporation Ltd commenced commercial operations at the end of 1997 as a joint venture between the PetroVietnam Construction Joint Stock Company (PV Construction) and a consortium of foreign companies. The principal business of the company is to provide threading, endfinishing for the OCTG; repair and machining services for the oil-tools and drilling equipment, for the oil and gas industry in Vietnam.
Vietubes was one of the first local companis to obtain ISO 9002 certification and is authorized to apply the API monogram on the products manufactured in accordance with to API 5CT and 7.

Location

The plant is located on a 4 hectare site in Vung Tau, the center for the oil and gas industry in Vietnam. The premises sited at Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone (30/4 street), close to the main PTSC supply base and the petroleum port. Vungtau city itself is located 120km from Ho Chi Minh City and is accessible by road and hydrofoil.
