Vietubes has a number of CNC's that can thread up to 13-3/8" OD in addition to several manual lathes. We have a complete range of equipment include computerized make up equipment, phosphate coating facilities as well as hydrotesting equipment. Calibration laboratory has API master gages as well a Mic-Trac for calibrating various measuring instruments.

Threading and Machining Services

Vietubes are licensed to cut a variety of premium connection such as VAM, Fox, NSPJ, Antares, Hydril and NK3SB. The Company is also licenced to apply the API monogram of API 5CT and 7 products. Our range of services is continually expanding; please enquire as to whether we are able to meet your requirements.

Products

Vietubes manufactures a range of accessories such from couplings, tubing hangers to stabilizers and sleeves.
Products manufactured by Vietubes have been exported throughout the region with positive customer response.

Tubular Inspection

Vietubes can carry out inspection to API RP7G, DS1 Cat 5 and NS2 for drilling equipment. Our inspection equipment includes an EUROSCOPE 2000 EMI scope unit and a UT end area inspection unit.
Vietubes have qualified inspectors with ASNT level II in MPI, UT as well as LP.
The company has in addition a Arnco Certified hard-banding unit for drill-pipe and collars.

Quality Satisfaction

The Company has a quality program certified to ISO 9002 and API Q1. The Company has met stringent quality audits of major customers such as:

• Schlumberger Oil Services.
• Sumitomo Metal Industries.
• Baker Hughes.

The Company is moving beyond quality and as established a program to manage the environmental impact of the Company's operations. The Company expects the program to be certified ISO 14000 before the end of 2002.
